Faster than the speed of man At the speed of wind Shall be the speed of mine Faster than the speed of wind At the speed of sound Will be the speed of mine On the other side of the wind You’re waiting for me Faster than the speed of sound At the speed of the Earth Is to be the speed of mine Faster than the speed of the Earth At the speed of light Shall be the speed of mine On the other side of the light You’re waiting for me And the speed of dreams And the speed of mind Slowly guide me your way So that I’ll find you again Beyond the speed of death And the speed of light, The speed of life Will preserve you for me Faster than light The velocity of the Earth's rotation at its equator is 460 meters per second. The celestial body of the Earth orbits its single star at the pace of 30 kilometers per second. On the edge of the Orion Arm, revolving around the supermassive black hole at the Galactic Center, the Solar System wades through the Milky Way at the speed of 220 kilometers per second. Within the galactic Local Group, the Milky Way hurls towards the Andromeda Galaxy with an impetus of 130 kilometers per second. And, 200 million light years away, the Great Attractor is pulling the Virgo Supercluster towards the constellation of Hydra inside Laniakea with a crushing celerity of 1000 kilometers per second. Even beyond the Great Attractor, 650 million light years gone lies the gargantuan Shapley Concentration, behind the Zone of Avoidance, outside the realms of known measurement. Eventually all and everything will slow down. The deceleration will come to pass, as even the Universe itself is bound to face The Certainty.

In My Room 02:04
Here, hand in hand lingering, I saw you With my old ghost We stood by the windowpane Looking out And beyond There, in light of a million suns We'll rejoice with wine and song At the end of this vast universe In a free festival For everyone You looked outside and laughed My tale did not ring true Time caught me then And blew them ghosts of dawn away Here I stand, Shivering In my room

Woke up beneath a burning sky Up high, above the trees Mountains, like mushrooms made of stone Grow all around The fall I now recall the fall Crash landing on a mushroom side No life has crept this high So I am all alone Below, red flocks of rubies fly Shrieking into the setting sun At night, big roaring beasts appear As fire-eyes I have got to find a way down
4.
“Lock the door and kill the light I have to shun all things bright” Croaked a voice in moonlit night “Lock the door and kill the light You don’t want me in their sight But you have called and I’ve arrived “Allow me to make this clear I’m not a man, but hide your fear You should know a friend is near “‘Huff – ai ai – pssh! Good children hush’ I sing my lullaby “A cat may look at my green eye Though even the Queen can’t rule what’s mine But dairies here do stand their try! “You can’t make it good with haste My wisdom’s of those who price their taste, Who don’t just close their eyes, See, my digestion, like the House of Lords Entertains me the most “‘Huff – ai ai – pssh!’ Bad children hush I’ll sing you an alibi “And: all the night sky And all its dark hidden truths The Sun, in all its lies, Is in your might If you will take me into your heart” And then, When I awoke, All I could see Was a cat

Summer Breathing down on me I don’t know what to do, ’cause you’re not there You are sunshine, You are days of gold I start, avert, slide right down into a melody Shivering in my dreams Stardust falling like a silent rain of leaves, down with the moonlight Hiding, making known, the form divine Stasis over Earth and all the barren sky No white rainbow on this Bible black day, Starless in the eye and in the mind Purple All the trees are gone I smile as the comets dance on moonlit sky Like puppets, I smile until the vines that pull me into thy chill hands lie motionless Porcelain I've got to break Clamour There's a tidal wave I breathe in the thick of it a box and a cat We are seaweed We are mighty sails! I start, avert, Slide right down into a solid sleep Memories of my youth Be still, listen: Fa-la-la-la-la-la-laa! We’ll be free! Stardust falling, changing, calling Mountains rolling out to the sea Stasis over mind and all the might in me A white rainbow on this Bible black day When both the eye and the mind should’ve seen That we’re dead alive for sure
6.
Skin Diver 04:56
Egyptian eyes, white skin A lake for me to dive in Painted or real, they are yours And beings of pure light swim across From your source I'm born again, for sure From craving on for more But now I don't care if I won't die at all If living is to keep diving in Egyptian eyes, white skin
7.
Caught a smile from someone I should not have caught a smile from Passed it on to everyone I passed by on my cold wet way back Coming home, I found my house Burnt down to steaming ashes But I felt warm inside Though all I had to keep me dry Was that one smile You gave me
8.
The sky Unsparing with the sunlight, again, Is driving me to shade And thoughts of you, my love How I never came to you in life And years went by as I became the man I am now I write to you farewell In clouds Then in stars Very high I leave it to the winds of dawn To bring home, to you My days on this Earth are growing few I’m nearly there, but a feeling holds me back: Why now? The Sun mars my work at noon And at night, memories The rains never clung to me like this And clouds keep pushing my wings to the ground Like hands A thought hammers me: Could it be? That the Earth knows my name, And in fear It wants me to stay, never to go My love? Could it be you? Nowhere to go No vertigo I wouldn’t dream of going home I’m all alone Everything’s shown In my old dreams of going home Landing gear’s off I’m out of this trough Never to dream of going home Air getting thin I shouldn’t begin Questioning dreams of going home Leaving this Earth I’m done with its dirt Never to dream of going home
9.
Yet here we are, Judging me Oh, what a drag And afterwards A Waterloo Here, looking out I see the young lighting smokes This is the first time they’re alive No, no, no Ought to be stars They’ll never know how rare it is With all these first times now around So, so, so Afraid to live I down the pill To end a day Two thousand tiny suicides Be still and know, I was so still I couldn’t breathe Oh, what I knew but I wasn’t allowed to tell And only in the end it's revealed Now, honey, I know That it will be quite mundane But they wouldn’t know So we won’t spoil the fun And who’s around the bend I don’t wanna go And stop that show Of insecurities In the beginning It’s more merciful Than to be In the know So until comes he Who cuts all ties Suffocates the joy, Populates the fields of the dead You will, Until comes he, Be free ‘Tis just a fragment of The Certainty, The Certainty The Certainty, The Certainty I name thee

Inshallah 03:15
I think about, now what’s his name And the layers of this game in play Exciting, frightening to the bone Grinding my brain through hours lone I raise my eyes At all the million skies I seek to recognize Your face Inshallah And meet your gaze Unabashed At last I think about this crooked game They put on forth, all in your name How it’s a play I wish no part in And wonder why you take it in Side by your side Oh, if I could let it slide Come death and hold me, kind, Unblind, And, inshallah I meet your gaze Unabashed At last

about

Gaspard Oil Sumiainen, Finland

A two-headed demon with five bodies and bi-wings of steel and cloth, Gaspard Oil sings and breathes flame the colour of the midnight sky. Named after the infamous French-Polish opium eater, adventurer and early space travel pioneer of the first half of the 20th century – Gaspard Oil the man – this Finnish band aims to capture & honour the wild spirit and demented creativity of its namesake. ... more
